Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes. Our Registered Massage Therapists in East Vancouver offer prenatal massage, with positioning and pressure adapted to your comfort and stage of pregnancy. Let your RMT know about your pregnancy and any advice from your maternity care team when booking.
Can I get manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) at your clinic?
Yes. Gina offers dedicated manual lymphatic drainage appointments. Share your goals and health history before booking so the practitioner can assess whether the treatment is appropriate for you. RMT manual lymphatic drainage is separate from our acupuncture-based lymphatic treatment. See our Services page for durations, rates and booking options.
Do you provide postnatal massage?
Yes. We offer postnatal massage for people seeking care after birth. Your RMT will discuss your recovery, areas of tension, positioning and comfort, and tailor the session to your needs. Please share any recent procedures or relevant advice from your maternity care team.
What acupuncture services do you offer?
Emily and Hye Lee offer general acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine appointments, with additional options that vary by practitioner.
Emily offers facial acupuncture, postpartum acupuncture and lymphatic treatment using a TCM approach. Hye Lee offers women’s health and reproductive support, facial acupuncture with LED red light therapy, acupressure / Tuina and standalone LED appointments.
Some Hye Lee facial appointments are available without facial needling but include body acupuncture, so they are not completely needle-free. Can I book ICBC rehabilitation treatments?
Yes. We offer ICBC massage therapy and acupuncture appointment options. Choose the appropriate initial or returning ICBC visit in Jane and contact the clinic with your claim details so we can confirm eligibility and any applicable fees before your appointment.
Do you offer hot stone massage?
Yes. Hot stone massage is available as a dedicated RMT appointment option. Your practitioner will discuss your health history, heat tolerance and treatment preferences to determine whether it is appropriate for you. Check our Services page or Jane for the practitioner, duration and rate.
Are your massage therapists certified?
Our Registered Massage Therapists are registered to practise in British Columbia. Treatment options and additional training vary by practitioner. You can meet our practitioners and review their Jane profiles to find an appointment that suits your needs.
Can acupuncture help with stress and hormonal balance?
People book acupuncture for stress-related concerns and women’s health support. Your acupuncturist will ask about your symptoms, health history and goals and discuss an individual treatment approach. Results vary, and acupuncture does not replace medical assessment or fertility care. Hye Lee offers dedicated women’s health and reproductive support appointments.
How do I book a massage or acupuncture session?
Book online through Jane. Choose the service, practitioner and appointment time, and select an initial visit if you are new to that service. If you are unsure which appointment to choose, contact the clinic and we can help with booking options.
Do you treat clients with specific health conditions?
Our RMTs and acupuncturists provide personalized care based on your health history, assessment and treatment goals. Tell your practitioner about diagnoses, medications, pregnancy, recent surgery and other relevant concerns. Some treatments may need to be adapted or may not be appropriate; please contact the clinic before booking if you are unsure.
Is parking available?
Free street parking is available near our clinic at 3469 Commercial Street in East Vancouver. Please check posted signs for parking restrictions and time limits, and allow a little extra time to find a space.
