Registered Massage Therapy
Individualized assessment and hands-on treatment for muscle tension, discomfort, mobility and relaxation. Your RMT may use techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work or myofascial release according to your goals. Sports-related concerns can be discussed at your assessment.

TMJ / Jaw Massage
For jaw and facial muscle tension. Jane lists this as Buccal / TMJ Treatment; care may include work around the jaw, neck and upper back, with intraoral techniques discussed and used only with your consent.

Prenatal & Postpartum Massage
Massage adapted to pregnancy or postpartum recovery, with positioning and pressure adjusted to your comfort. Treatment focuses on the muscle tension, discomfort and relaxation goals discussed with your RMT.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage / MLD
Gentle, rhythmic hands-on lymphatic techniques. Your appointment is tailored to the areas and concerns discussed during your assessment; the 60-minute option allows a broader treatment focus.

Hot Stone Massage
Warm basalt stones are incorporated into massage for a relaxing treatment focused on muscle tension. Temperature and pressure are adjusted to your comfort.

Facial Massage & Lymphatic Massage

A Traditional Chinese Medicine approach that may use acupressure, acupuncture and cupping according to your assessment. This is a separate appointment from the hands-on Manual Lymphatic Drainage offered by our RMT.
